By proceeding with the registration, report generation, or paid image consulting purchase on this site, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Paid consultation images (opt-in)

Images submitted for paid consultations are NOT used commercially by default. Marketing use of your paid images only happens if you voluntarily tick the "I allow the site to use my image for marketing" option in your account dashboard.

You can enable or disable this authorization at any time in your dashboard settings. Revoking it does not affect uses already made before the change.

2. Privacy and data handling

• Personal data (name, email, phone, country) is used only to deliver the service and for operational communication.
• Submitted photos are processed by our systems to generate the report and stored on controlled servers.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• You can request account and data deletion at any time through the official contact channel.

3. Nature of the service

The image consulting provided here is advisory and based on automated aesthetic analysis with AI support. It does not constitute medical, psychological, professional, or financial advice.

The generated report is a suggestion. Personal decisions about appearance, clothing, and style are solely the user's.

4. Payments

The report is a single one-time payment, charged by card through Stripe (the price may be shown in your local currency as an approximate conversion). There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Once the payment is confirmed, the full report is generated within a few minutes.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be reviewed periodically. Material changes will be communicated and the current version is always available on this page with the version number and effective date.
